By joining the Nxt Membership Circle, you agree to be bound by these Terms, establishing a legal agreement between you and Nxt Museum (“Museum”, “we”, “us”).
Article 1 Membership Options and Fees
Membership levels include Digital Dreamer (€70 per year), Pixel Pioneer (€300 per year) , Megabyte Master (€2500 per year) each offering various benefits.

Article 1.1

An Early Bird rate is available on all memberships until the end of May 2024.

Article 1.3
The memberships are fully digital, represented by an email confirmation and a PDF containing member details.
Article 2 Transferability of Membership
Article 2.1
Membership is personal and non-transferable. This policy ensures that membership benefits are enjoyed by the individual or entities (in the case of corporate memberships) that have financially contributed to the Museum.
Article 3 Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
Article 4 Duration and Renewal
Article 4.1
Memberships purchased are valid for one year from the purchase date.
Article 4.2
Memberships do not auto-renew. To continue your membership, you must purchase a new membership upon expiration.
Article 5 Cancellation Policy
Article 5.1
After purchasing the membership, you have a revocation period of fourteen days. During these fourteen days you are allowed to revoke the membership (before using the membership ticket at the Museum) without any reason, by sending an email to info@nxtmuseum.com. You will receive the payment from us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after we have been informed of your revocation. We will refund you with the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly instructed us otherwise. You will not be charged for such reimbursement.
- Upon respirary of your revocation period or once the membership is used, membership fees are non-refundable and cover the full duration of the membership term.
- Since there is no auto-renewal, there is no need to cancel your membership to prevent renewal.
- Your membership may be revoked by the Museum if you misbehave in any Nxt Museum and/or by bringing the Museum’s name and/or standing in disrepute.
Article 6 Effect of Termination
Article 6.1
Upon the expiration or termination of a membership, whether through revocation by the Museum, the former member will no longer have access to the Museum with the membership ticket or its membership benefits.
Article 6.2
Any unused benefits at the time of termination will be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred.
Article 7 Referrals
Article 7.1
The Nxt Membership Circle Referral Program allows current members (“Referrers”) to invite friends and family (“Referees”) to join the Nxt Membership Circle. Both the Referrer and the Referee will receive exclusive benefits as outlined below. This program is available from the launch date until December 31, 2024.
Article 7.2 Eligibility
• Referrers must be current Nxt Membership Circle members in good standing.
• Referees must be new members signing up for the first time to be eligible for the discount.
Article 7.3. Referral Benefits
• For the Referrer: Upon a successful referral, the Referrer can choose between:
• 20% discount on their Nxt Membership Circle renewal.
• A copy of the Life in a Different Resolution exhibition book if they do not wish to commit to renewal yet.
• For the Referee: The Referee will receive a 20% discount on their first Nxt Membership Circle membership purchase when they use the Referrer’s unique code at checkout.
Article 7.4. Limited Access Event Priority
• Referrers who refer one or more people will receive guaranteed access to at least one limited-access event in 2025, such as Museumnacht, ADE, or the Unseen Photography Fair, subject to availability.
• Access to limited-access events is not guaranteed for each event but will be prioritized based on the number of successful referrals. Those who refer multiple people will receive priority invitations to RSVP for limited-access events.
Article 7.5. Referral Code Usage
• Each member’s unique membership code also serves as their referral code. This code must be entered in the “Discount Code” section at checkout to qualify for the program benefits.
• Referral codes are valid for one use per new member and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Article 7.6. Expiration and Limitations
• The referral program ends on December 31, 2024.
• Benefits, including the 20% renewal discount and exhibition book, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• Priority access to limited-access events is subject to availability and may vary based on event capacity.
Article 7.7. Modification and Termination
Nxt Museum reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
Article 7.8. Privacy and Compliance
•Participation in the referral program requires sharing of referral codes but does not involve sharing personal data between members.
•All data collected will be handled in accordance with GDPR regulations and Nxt Museum’s Privacy Policy.

Article 9 Lost or Stolen Membership Cards
Article 9.1
As memberships are fully digital, represented by an email confirmation and a PDF containing member details, physical membership cards are not issued.
Article 9.2
If a member misplaces their membership confirmation, they should contact the Museum at memberships@nxtmuseum.com for assistance. We can verify membership status using member details and reissue the necessary membership confirmation and digital member ticket at no additional charge.
Article 10 Privacy Policy
Article 10.1
By buying the membership, you consent to the Museum using your information for the purpose of providing the membership. The name, email address, date of birth and phone number of the member must be provided to the Museum.
Article 10.2
By buying the membership, you are automatically subscribed to the Membership Newsletter & agree to be contacted via Whatsapp/Text Message on updates regarding your membership
Article 10.3
At the time of visit, members may be required to present a valid form of photo identification (ID) alongside their digital membership confirmation to verify their identity. Members consent to do so for the purpose of preventing unauthorised use of memberships.

Article 11 Amendments

These Terms may be amended from time to time, including updates related to the * item. Members will be notified of any changes via email.
Article 12 Dispute Resolution
Article 12.1
In the event of a dispute between a member and the Museum, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation as a first recourse, prior to initiating any legal proceedings. This approach fosters a constructive dialogue and aims to resolve disputes efficiently and amicably.

Article 14 Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is confirmed through the completion of the online membership purchase process, including any digital acknowledgments required during signup.

Article 15 Right to Refuse Membership

The Museum reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual or entity at its discretion. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the Museum and its community, ensuring that membership is aligned with the Museum’s values and standards.
Article 16 Governing Law
Article 16.1
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The choice of law does not affect your protection under the compulsory law of your country of residence
