A branded experience blending skincare, sensory design, and interactive moments – produced with We Are First for 70 top creators and guests.

Overview

To celebrate the launch of their latest skincare product line, Cetaphil teamed up with their long-term partner and creative agency We Are First to host an immersive brand event at Nxt Museum. Cetaphil’s Soft Skin Show experience welcomed 70 carefully selected guests and creators for a curated evening of product showcases, interactive experiences, and personalised moments.

Hosted in Nxt Stage, the event combined clean, minimalist visuals with sensory activations – from expert-led skin analysis to silk eye mask embroidery. Custom projection designs brought the brand’s identity to life across our 370sqm digital canvas.

The brief

Cetaphil and We Are First set out to create a warm, engaging product launch that felt more like a personal invitation than a press event. The goal was to create a tactile, intimate atmosphere while still offering enough scale and visual impact to match the brand’s standing in the skincare world.

Nxt Museum was selected for its ability to bring creative visions to life with immersive visuals, flexible spatial design, and seamless guest experience.

The experience

Guests arrived from 19:00 and were welcomed into a fully Cetaphil branded Nxt Stage space. The evening opened with music and networking before two short speeches from the Cetaphil team, introducing the new product range and setting the tone for the night.

From there, guests moved freely through a series of curated touchpoints:

  • Skin analysis booth led by skincare experts
  • Custom silk eye mask embroidery station
  • Photo booth for content capture
  • Cocktail bar and ice cream vendor

The entire event was wrapped in custom-designed visuals, produced in collaboration with our in-house design team, delivering a cohesive, calming brand world across every surface.

The evening closed with a final thank-you speech and distribution of personalised goodie bags.
